DDSE provided structural engineering design & construction consultation services towards the interior fit-out & modification of the existing 12,000 sq. ft. retail space at the ground level of the existing 2-story building at 8113 Georgia Avenue, in downtown Silver Spring, to accommodate a new restaurant, night-club & lounge , bar space, facilities and seating, spatially configured within the ground level and a new occupiable rooftop terrace level elevated onto a newly designed structural steel platform.
